Not far from this vacation rental are many wonderful options for an authentic Amish experience.  From Cherry Crest Farms, to the Amish Village, or Kitchen Kettle Village the Firefly Cottage provides a comfortable retreat from your busy day.  Or take a step back into history by visiting the Reading, PA Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, which holds a WWII weekend every June.  In addition to the Air Museum, the Reading Public Museum boasts a planetarium as well as many family friendly activities to feed your imagination.
